SEASONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

The Institute was built with the young, developing athlete in mind. The seasonal training programs have a total-athlete development focus. The Institute not only focuses on on-field player development, but introduces young aspiring athletes to important pieces that will build a platform for future growth and development.

Participants will benefit from on-field rugby instruction as well as the off-field film analysis, strength & conditioning and nutritional instruction provided by EXOS high performance staff.

Seasonal training programs are open to athletes U10-U18. Athletes will be segmented by age and ability. Check out the upcoming seasonal training programs.

Get ready for rugby season with the Institute of Rugby. Through our pre-season training program you will gain valuable rugby IQ development to help give you an edge this season all while developing balance and footwork through the functional movement training led by EXOS coaches.

Senior Institute athletes will also benefit from a strength and conditioning program designed to prepare your body for rugby season with an added focus on injury prevention.

In-season training is a great addition to your current rugby training. Adding more, high pressure and decision making opportunities will help you see increased game day performance. You will be split into an age/ability appropriate group that will challenge your abilities more than you would at your normal trainings to help maximize your learning and growth. You will also see massive improvement in your ability to perform physically through functional movement training by EXOS coaches.

Senior Institute athletes will also be taken through an in-season strength and conditioning program designed for maximum in season performance.
